
Dry Fig Fresh
- 12 piece of dried fig,
- 3/4 in a glass of water walnut,
- Half a cup of granulated sugar,
- Half-glass of milk.
Preparation of:
Dry figs are washed, soaked in cold water in the evening.
The next day, the softened figs are cut with a knife in the middle, the cut part is filled with worn walnut. A pot is placed in a single row with the tops of the filled figs facing up. Powdered sugar is sprinkled on the figs. Milk is also put on the powdered sugar.
The lid is closed and the cooker is taken on very low fire. The cover is cooked for 45 minutes before opening.
Half an hour after the cooker is switched off, the lid of the cooker opens. The heads of the figs are cut and taken to the serving tray.
